Christina Papi is a doctor with a special interest in the biochemistry of nutrition. She graduated from the School of Medicine in Bologna, where she worked after her studies, on the its Institute of Biochemistry. She completed her specialization in hematology in Athens, serving at Hippokrateio, Evangelismos and G. Gennimatas hospitals. She has participated in the writing of studies related to liver diseases and myelodysplastic diseases, as well as in many conferences on the use of plant nutrition in medical practice. She is a supporter of the plant-based diet and focuses on informing the Greek medical community about the benefits in terms of prevention and the best outcome of many diseases, which this diet offers. She collaborated with APA for the realization of the first medical conference in Greece, regarding a completely plant-based diet.
